Are you seeking a space of deep stillness and reflection, where you can retreat and reconnect with the Divine, yourself and others in the midst of your busy life.... A space where you can also discover or rediscover your unique identity along with other souls on the sacred path?

Soul's Sanctuary Contemplative half day, day or weekend retreats , and workshops offer an opportunity to slow down and restore your soul. These retreats and workshops are unique in that space and guidance are provided for silence, sacred reading, prayer/meditation, journaling, reflection, creativity and discussion. Each retreat is custom designed for your group, business, or church.

Since these past several years dealing with Covid 19  Soul's Sanctuary has started offering online personalized workshops and retreats for your group or community as well as in person workshops and retreats, and personal spiritual coaching. Discover how deep soul reflecting guided space opens up greater divine connection for you personally and within your community.

I am excited to be facilitating new contemplative groups this coming year both by zoom and in person in the Knoxville, TN area.

This will be an opportunity for businesses, churches, pre-existing small groups or new groups to experience a taste of contemplative practices together as I facilitate and guide.

DIVINE DISCERNMENT GROUPS

Are you in a season of discernment and seeking support, guidance and inspiration to move forward on your journey? Soul's Sanctuary will be offering discernment group experiences in 2023. We will explore ancient and new ways of discernment including Ignatian Discernment, Dreams, Spiritual Coaching, Group Spiritual Direction, and Creativity. These Discernment groups are wonderful ways to go deeper individually and in community as well as you discern direction.

SOUL COLLAGE WORKSHOP

Experience Intuitive Creativity and Self Discovery with Soul's Sanctuary's Soul Collage workshops. These fun and interactive workshops will include guided contemplative practice, soul collage creating, and reflective sharing.

CUSTOMIZED SPIRITUAL PRACTICE GROUPS

Each gathering includes guided practice, reflection, instruction, and sharing with two weeks between for individual practice at home

Cost: $225 per person for the six sessions

IGNATIAN 18TH ANNOTATION GROUPS: AN IGNATIAN EXPERIENCE

Each gathering includes Spiritual Accompaniment through the Ignatian 18th Annotation: A ten week journey of prayer and reflection

Cost: $175 per month per person

I am excited to announce I am now a Certified Spiritual and Life Coach and have created a new one on one offering for those seeking customized contemplative coaching on creating a plan for sustainable spirituality on their sacred journey. We will consider where you are on your journey, your longings, your spiritual bent and create a spiritual plan that seeks sustainability and balance, meeting you where you are and supporting you as you journey forward. We will use some spiritual discernment tools and practices customized for you.
